Spring 2020

With all of the stress that families are experiencing due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I want to offer my support. Below you will find some of the resources that we have been given to help families talk to children about this crisis. I have had these conversations with my own children, so I know it can be difficult. Children are often acutely aware of our stress as parents and it can cause them more anxiety if we avoid the conversation with them.

Please practice social distancing during this time and if you need further support, don't hesitate to reach out.
