The Humanities Department encompasses both English and Social Studies curriculum, and offers college-preparatory, honors and advanced placement courses.  We provide a rich and diverse curriculum that focuses on asking each of our students to critically think about the world in which they live by reading, writing, analyzing and researching. 

Successful completion of four years of English is a graduation requirement at Milton High School.  Successful completion of three years of Social Studies, including both USI and USII, is a graduation requirement at Milton High School.
