Welcome to Speech and Language.

Speech and Language is a special education support service to provide services for children with speech and/or language difficulties.

What is Speech and Language? How can I help my child?

What are Speech and Language Services?

Speech and Language services are provided for children with a disability in one or more of the following areas: Expressive Language (talking), Receptive Language (understanding), Pragmatics (Social) and Articulation (sound production).   A disability is determined by standardized testing.

If you suspect your child is having difficulty organizing their language, sharing thoughts, following directions or being a part of a social situation contact your child's teacher and/or the speech language pathologist so your concerns can me explored.
