We are delighted to announce that four student musicians from Milton High School have been selected to participate in the 2025 Jazzhers Honor Band! This achievement recognizes their high level of musical dedication and passion for jazz. Orla Crosse, Layla Raymond, Aster Sullivan, and LC Caldwell will participate in a two day clinic and performance program designed to bring together and celebrate aspiring young jazz musicians from across the state. This is a fantastic opportunity for learning and collaboration, offering them the chance to work alongside other talented musicians and professional jazz educators.
The Honor Band clinic and rehearsals will be taking place this weekend, December 12th and 13th, 2025, at Newton South High School. The intensive weekend of music culminates in a public concert on Saturday evening. We encourage all members of the Milton High community to attend and support our students as they perform! The Final Concert will feature the combined 2025 Jazzhers Honor Band, with a special guest performance by the acclaimed Ayn Inserto Jazz Orchestra. We wish our outstanding jazz students a weekend of inspiring music and success!
