"The Drowsy Chaperone" is coming to MHS!

Feeling a bit down, “The Woman In the Chair” decides to play the cast album of her favorite musical, the fictional “The Drowsy Chaperone”. As the musical comes to life, it transforms her mundane living room into a vibrant stage filled with colorful characters and comedic antics. Featuring a glamorous bride, bumbling best man, a desperate theatre producer, a quirky chaperone and many more over the top characters - this story is pure silliness and joy!

- Shows April 30, May 1, May 2 and May 3
- MHS Auditorium

Tonight at MHS!

The Milton Public Schools would like to invite you to our district wide program regarding Grade 5 Growth and Development. This program is offered annually to parents/guardians of current 5th grade students. This is a wonderful opportunity for parents/guardians to preview the videos that will be shown to grade 5 students this spring (The Puberty Workshop and Curriculum, Human Relations Media, Inc.).

Date: Wednesday, April 8th, 2026
Time: 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM
Milton High School Auditorium

Upon completion of the videos, there will be time for questions and answers regarding the program. This is a powerful opportunity to gain knowledge and build skills to help engage your child in conversations about puberty. This program will be presented at your child’s school on April 17th, 2026. Please feel free to contact your child’s school nurse with any questions. You can also reach out to Kim Coughlin, Director of Nurses at (617) 696-4470 x5517 or kacoughlin@miltonps.org.

We're excited to share that Collicot student June Robberson is a featured reader on the MPL's Dial-a-Story service during the month of April! As a reminder, Dial-a-Story is a Milton Public Library service where folks can call 617-915-1915 anytime and listen to librarians read stories, tell jokes, and the like. The content changes monthly, and for a while now they've been including guest readers - usually kids, who read a picture book in the Dial 6 slot.

June is reading We Move Together by Kelly Fritsch, and April stories are posted now (they'll be live all month long). Please give a call and hear June read!

The Model UN club sent a combined total of 31 students to both the Harvard and Boston University conferences. These conferences hosted delegations from more than 50 countries, and everyone represented our school exceptionally well.

While all participants did a great job, a few individuals deserve special recognition for earning awards:

Thinh Tran, Emily Vogel, Adam Cheairs, and Sage Kramer received Honorable Mentions at Boston University’s Model UN Conference and Orla Crosse received a Best Delegate award at the Harvard Model UN Conference. Well done, Wildcats!
